＊Each ticket for Kaohsiung Film Archive could also be used for other films on the same day depends on the availability of the seats.

Please note： 

1. To provide a better screening quality, there’ll be no entry allowed 20 minutes after the screening started. (Ticket refund not available) 

2. Kaohsiung Film Archive cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage once the ticket is sold. 

3. Kaohsiung Film Archive reserves the right to alter or cancel events if required, due to operational circumstances 

4. No food/beverage allowed in Kaohsiung Film Archive and Kaohsiung City Music Hall. 

5. Package ticket seat: the package ticket includes 5 tickets that are either available to acquire at  from October 1^st 12 PM or the above ticket counters. 

6. The receipt of the ticket can be used to obtain raffle ticket from Kaohsiung Film Archive(1F), Kaohsiung City Music Hall(1F), KFF CineMark(8F) during Kaohsiung Film Festival. 

(1)     The departure or arrival station must be Zuoying Station.

(2)     Taiwan High Speed Rail Ticket Package cannot be divided into High Speed Rail Way train ticket or Kaohsiung Film Festival Ticket Package.

(3)     The High Speed Rail Way train ticket can only be used during the period of Kaohsiung Film Festival.(2011.October 21 – 2011.November 6)

(4)     The High Speed Rail Way train ticket can only be obtained at High Speed Rail Way Counters.

Refund Rules

1、    Early Bird Ticket Package can only be refunded unused (all 5 tickets unused) and as in a package. The Early Bird Ticket Package can only be refunded either per post (postmark before Oct. 20^th) or in person at 5F, No. 99, Hexi Rd. Yancheng Dist., Kaohsiung, each refund requires 10% fee(60NTD).Please contact:(07)5511211 #19; 0988-731-287 for further information.

2、    Refund for Advanced ticket (150NTD) will only be possible per post (postmark before Oct. 20th) or in person at 5F, No. 99, Hexi Rd. Yancheng Dist., Kaohsiung, each refund requires 10% fee(15NTD)

3、    Refund for Regular Individual Ticket will only be possible latest a day before screening at ticket counters, each refund requires 10% fee (18NTD)

4、    「The ticket can only be used for the selected film and not available for exchange to other film.

5、    Refund per post: unused ticket (package), name, contact number, bank account information. Refund fee:10%, Add: 5F, No. 99, Hexi Rd. Yancheng Dist., Kaohsiung. Please contact first: （07）5511211＃19；0988-731-287

6、    Refund for High Speed Rail Way Ticket Package:The refund will only be accepted before 2011 October 31^st and through ibon office.Please contact ibon service hotline:0800-016138 for further information. Kaohsiung Film Archive or ticket counters during Kaohsiung Film Festival do not provide refund service for High Speed Rail Way Ticket Package.
